Sampling was done in three station (Qeshm, Khamir Port and Laft Port) and two seasons, winter and summer. Transported to the laboratory bioassay samples and then samples of muscle tissue was removed. After drying, powder and chemical digestion to determine the concentration of the study were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results obtained for the concentration of metals (Pb, Ni, Zn, Cu and Fe) in muscle of short fish showed that, there were significant differences between stations (Qeshm, Khamir Port and Laft Port) (p<0.05). In both cases in the winter and summer, lead, Nickel, Zink, Copper and Iron concentrations in Qeshm were significantly higher than Khamir Port and Laft Port. Comparison of the metal concentrations in muscle tissue shrimp with standard values showed that the concentrations of lead, Nickel, Zink, Copper and Iron were lower than FAO, WHO and EPA standards. Food risk assessment of case study specie indicates that the consumption of shrimp with the current consumption rate causes no danger to consumers from the viewpoint of lead, Nickel, Zink, Copper and Iron.}, keywords = {Food risk assessment,Metapenaeus affinis,heavy metals,Hormozgan province}, title_fa = {بررسی برخی فلزات سنگین در عضله میگوی سرتیز Metapenaeus affinis و ارزیابی ریسک خطر برای مصارف انسانی آن در استان هرمزگان}, abstract_fa = {تحقیق حاضر به بررسی میزان فلزات سرب، نیکل، روی، آهن و مس در بافت عضله میگوی سرتیز Metapenaeus affinis در سه منطقه استان هرمزگان به دلیل اهمیت آنها پرداخته است. در 180 نمونه میگوی سرتیز در سه منطقه مورد مطالعه در طول دو فصل تابستان و زمستان نمونه‌برداری انجام شد. نمونه‌ها به آزمایشگاه منتقل و پس از زیست‌سنجی، بافت عضله جدا شد و بعد از خشک شدن، پودر شدن و هضم شیمیایی برای تعیین میزان غلظت عناصر مورد مطالعه توسط دستگاه جذب اتمی مورد اندازه‌گیری قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد که از لحاظ غلظت عناصر سرب، نیکل، روی، آهن و مس به ترتیب در بافت عضله میگوی سرتیز بین مناطق مورد مطالعه (قشم: 001/0±024/0، 08/0±79/0، 8/0±55/61، 9/0±93/18 و01/0±657/0 میکروگرم بر گرم، بندر خمیر: 001/0± 018/0، 07/0± 45/0، 9/0± 3/50، 8/0± 45/15 و 02/0± 581/0 میکروگرم بر گرم و بندر پل 001/0± 013/0، 06/0 ±30/0، 9/0± 50/37، 8/0± 07/13 و 03/0± 475/0 میکروگرم بر گرم) از لحاظ آماری اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود داشت p<0.05)). به طوری‌که هم در فصل تابستان و هم زمستان غلظت عناصر مورد مطالعه در بافت عضله میگوی سرتیز در منطقه قشم بیشتر از دو منطقه دیگر است. مقایسه غلظت فلزات در بافت عضله میگوی سرتیز با مقادیر استاندارد نشان داد که غلظت فلزات مورد مطالعه کمتر از استانداردهای  FAO, WHOو EPA است. ارزیابی خطر غذایی مصرف میگو نشان‌دهنده آن بوده است که مصرف این آبزی با میزان مصرف فعلی از نظر فلزات مورد مطالعه خطری برای مصرف‌کنندگان آن ندارد.}, keywords_fa = {ارزیابی ریسک خطر,میگوی سرتیز,فلزات سنگین- استان هرمزگان}, url = {https://www.iraneiap.ir/article_102334.html}, eprint = {https://www.iraneiap.ir/article_102334_553a404df904d15b1ec7ed15e0ed50d1.pdf} }
