بررسی کمی و کیفی فضای سبز شهری با استفاده از تصاویر ماهواره‌ای کوئیک برد (مطالعه موردی: منطقه یک شهرداری شهرکرد)

چکیده

رشد روزافزون جمعیت شهری، تغییرات اقلیمی، رشد صنعت و در پی آن آلودگی‌های محیط‌زیستی سبب شده است که توجه به فضای سبز، با توجه به نقش آن در کاهش آلودگی‌ها و همچنین تعدیل آب‌ و هوا، بیش از پیش مورد توجه مدیران و برنامه‌ریزان شهری قرار گیرد. در این مطالعه، با استفاده از سنجش ‌از‌ دور، سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی و عملیات میدانی به بررسی کمیت و کیفیت فضای سبز شهری در سطح منطقه یک شهرداری شهرکرد پرداخته‌ شده است. بدین منظور از تصاویر ماهواره‌ای QuickBird استفاده و سرانه‌ی فضای سبز و نحوه‌ی پراکنش فضاهای سبز در سطح منطقه یک این شهر، مورد ارزیابی و بررسی قرار گرفت. طبقه‌بندی تصاویر با استفاده از خوارزمیک حداکثر احتمال شاخص  NDVI انجام و کاربری‌های مختلف در سطح منطقه تفکیک شدند. برای بررسی میزان صحت طبقه‌بندی، از نقشه‌ی واقعیت زمینی که با استفاده از ثبت نقاط با GPS تهیه شده بود،‌ استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج جدول خطا، صحت کلی 91% و ضریب کاپا 85/. به دست آمد. سرانه‌ی کل فضای سبز (فضاهای سبز عمومی و غیرعمومی) و سرانه پارک برای هر نفر، به ترتیب برابر با 87/13 و 18/12 مترمربع به دست آمد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که پراکنش فضاهای سبز از الگوی خاصی پیروی نمی‌کند اما در تمامی سطح منطقه به‌صورت عادلانه توزیع‌ شده‌اند. در نهایت با تشخیص نقاط خالی از فضای سبز و بدون کاربری مسکونی، مکان‌های مناسب برای احداث فضای سبز و جبران کمبود سرانه پارک پیشنهاد شد.

Increasing urban population growth, industrialization and climate change have led to environmental pollution and therefore attracted attention of city managers and planners to green space, due to its key role in reducing pollution and climate effects. In this study, using remote sensing, geographic information system and field works, the quantity and quality of urban green space in a district one of Shahrekord municipality has been investigated. QuickBird satellite images with high spatial resolution were used to calculate per capita green space and the distribution of green spaces in the concerned municipal district of Shahrekord city. To discriminate different land uses in the study area, image classification was performed using NDVI index and maximum likelihood algorithm. To assess the accuracy of the classification results, the ground truth map was prepared using field works and recording of ground points by GPS. Based on the error matrix, the overall accuracy of 91% and kappa coefficient of 0.85 were obtained. The total per capita green space (public and non-public green spaces) and per capita park for each person was 13.87 and 12.18 square meters respectively. Moreover, the results showed that the distribution of green spaces does not follow a specific pattern, but distributed equally and fairly throughout the region. Finally, with the recognition of empty spaces without any residential applications, suitable places for green spaces establishment and compensating for the lack of per capita park were proposed.
