Abstract
According to genesis development in recent decade, World people pay more attention to protecting the environment and biological resources. Due to the numerous activities Municipal urban areas need to effectively manage the supply chain network green. By the way, Municipalities must for success and excellence in addition to technical standards in the areas of supply chain pay attention serious to the existing standards in the field of environment. The aim of this paperis identify and priorities the factors affecting supply chain in municipalities. Research of both the user and the type of data collection is descriptive and survey. The population of the study, all senior executives and experts involved in supply chain management in Municipalities. A questionnaire was used to measure the variables of the research that validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through CVR and sample adequacy using KMO test and Bartlett test. And is used to identify affecting factors and factor analysis technique toward ranking of the techniques used to identify factors hierarchy. The research results have identified 19 indicators of effective green supply chain at 6 Operating classified. 6 Operating classified, including internal environmental management, green purchasing, green design, green manufacturing, distribution, and reproduction and emissions are. Results have shown that green design parameters have most impact is weighing 42.6.
