ارزیابی توان اکولوژیکی دشت سیستان با تلفیق مدل‌های چند عامله مخدوم و فناوری‌های سنجش‌ازدور و ساج

چکیده

منابع محدود کره زمین، در صورت استفاده مطلوب و در حد توان بازسازی آن‌ها توسط جمعیت انسانی، می‌توانند به‌طور پایدار مورد بهره‌برداری قرار گیرند. هدف ارزیابی توان اکولوژیک نیز بررسی توان بالقوه سرزمین و تعیین مطلوب‌ترین نوع کاربری آن است. در تحقیق حاضر، ارزیابی توان اکولوژیکی دشت سیستان برای کاربری‌های کشاورزی و مرتع‌داری، توسعه شهری و روستایی، اکوتوریسم، جنگلداری و جنگل‌کاری، حفاظت اکولوژیک و آبزی‌پروری در سال 1399 با استفاده از علم و فناوری سنجش‌ازدور و سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی (ساج) و مدل‌های ارزیابی اکولوژیک چند عامله مخدوم انجام‌ شده است. داده‌ها و اطلاعات مربوط به 24 پارامتر اکولوژیکی، فیزیکی، اقلیمی و زیستی منطقه، اخذ شده از تصاویر ماهواره‌ای و یا نقشه‌های موجود، در محیط نرم‌افزارهای سنجش‌ازدوری و ساج مورد پردازش و تحلیل قرارگرفته است. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که 100 درصد دشت سیستان برای کاربری حفاظت اکولوژیک، 63 درصد برای طبقه 2 کاربری اکوتوریسم گسترده و 19 درصد برای طبقه 4 کاربری مرتع‌داری دارای توان اکولوژیکی است و برای سایر کاربری‌ها ازجمله انواع کشاورزی، آبزی پروری، جنگلداری و توسعه شهری و صنعتی دارای توان مناسبی نیست. نتایج مقایسه توان پهنه با کاربری فعلی آن نشان می‌دهد که در بخش وسیعی از پهنه شمال‌شرقی که فقط برای حفاظت توان دارد، در حال حاضر کشاورزی انجام می‌شود و در بخش اعظم مناطقی که برای حفاظت و تفرج گسترده در نظر گرفته‌ شده‌اند، اراضی بایر و کاربری مرتع و بیشه‌زار وجود دارد. نتایج این تحقیق لزوم توجه بیشتر به اقدامات حفاظتی و کاهش فعالیت‌های کشاورزی و صنعتی در این پهنه آسیب‌پذیر را نمایان می‌سازد. از آن جایی که فرایند ارزیابی توان اکولوژیک سرزمین، غالبا مستلزم صرف زمان و هزینه قابل ملاحظه‌ای می‌باشد، یکی دیگر از اهداف تحقیق حاضر، معرفی قابلیت تلفیق علم و فناوری سنجش از دور و سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی با مدل‌های اکولوژیک موجود، جهت ارزیابی توان اکولوژیک کشور از جهت اهمیت آن در تسریع، تدقیق و به‌روزرسانی اطلاعات و خروجی‌های مدل‌های موجود و در نهایت تسریع در فرایند آمایش سرزمین می‌شود که در حال حاضر از مهمترین چالش‌های پیش رو جهت حصول به توسعه پایدار درکشور است.

Ecological Capability Assessment of Sistan Plain by Integrating Makhdoum's Multi-Factor Models with Remote Sensing and GIS Technologies

The Earth's limited resources can be sustainably maintained by its human population, if are used optimally and in a balanced way. Assessing the ecological land capability examines the ability of the land to support human activities in a sustainable manner and determines the most desirable type of land use by humans. In this study, the assessment of the ecological capability of Sistan plain for agriculture and pasture, urban and rural development, ecotourism, forestry and afforestation, ecological protection and aquaculture land useses in 2019 has been carried out by integrating the multi-factor ecological models of Makhdoum with Remote Sensing (RS) and Geographic Information System (GIS). Data and information related to 24 ecological, physical, climatic and biological parameters of the region, obtained from satellite images or existing maps, have been processed and analyzed in the environment of remote sensing and GIS software. The results showed that 100% of Sistan plain has ecological capability for protection, 63% for grade 2 of extensive ecotourism and 19% for grade 4 of rangeland and has no suitable potential for other land uses including agriculture and forestry. The results of this study showed the need to pay more attention to conservation measures and reduce agricultural and industrial activities in the Sistan plain. By comparing the ecological capability of the area with its current land use, it was determined that in a large part of the northeastern area, which has the capability for protection, agricultural activities are currently carried out, and in most of the areas that are intended for extensive protection and recreation, there are bare lands, pasture and forest land uses. The results showed the need to pay more attention to protective measures and reduce agricultural and industrial activities in this vulnerable area. Since the process of evaluating the ecological capability often requires spending considerable time and costs, another goal of the research was to combine RS and GIS with the existing ecological models, in order to assess the ecological capability of the Sistan plain. Because it is very effective in speeding up, increasing the accuracy and updating the information and outputs of existing models and finally speeding up the process of land use planning - which is currently one of the most important challenges to achieve sustainable development in Iran.
